Do You Know About Our Continuity Programs?

Pretty much everyone who comes to Incline Performance Therapy starts with the same goal: recovering from an injury that is limiting their ability to perform.

Whether it is shoulder pain, low back pain, a knee injury, or something else, our first priority is helping people get back to doing what they love.

One of the biggest patterns I have noticed over the years is that the healthiest athletes are rarely the ones who never get injured. They are the ones who address small problems before they become big ones.

The athletes who consistently stay on the field are not necessarily the most talented or the strongest. They are usually the ones who make recovery and injury prevention a priority. Instead of waiting until pain forces them to stop, they address aches, stiffness, and movement limitations early, before they have a chance to develop into something more serious.

Our mission at Incline Performance Therapy is simple:

Get athletes healthy and keep them healthy throughout their career and throughout their life.

That second part is just as important to us as the first.

Once someone completes their initial plan of care, many choose to continue working with us through one of our Continuity Programs.

The goal is to stay ahead of problems instead of constantly reacting to them.

Rather than waiting until pain becomes severe enough to stop training or competing, we work together to catch small issues early and keep you moving at your best.

So what do you receive as a Continuity Program member?

1. Monthly Physical Therapy Sessions

Choose between:

  • 1 session per month

  • 2 sessions per month

These are full physical therapy sessions where we address any aches, pains, movement limitations, or areas of concern before they become bigger problems.

2. Monthly Exercise Programming

Your exercise program is updated regularly to match your goals, your sport, and your current needs.

3. Monthly Strength and Mobility Testing

We continually measure how you are progressing so we can identify weaknesses before they become injuries.

4. Long Term Injury Prevention Planning

Our goal is not simply to help you recover. We want to help you continue performing at a high level for years to come.

5. Twenty Five Percent Off Additional Incline Services

Continuity members receive a 25% discount on additional Incline Performance Therapy services, and this discount can be extended to immediate family members.

6. Direct Access to Your Physical Therapist

Questions do not always happen during appointments.

As a member, you have direct access to your physical therapist throughout the month whenever something comes up.

Our business has always been built around helping people recover from injuries.

But if I am being honest, I would much rather help someone prevent an injury than help them recover from one.

That is exactly why we created these programs.

Our goal is to reduce injury risk, improve performance, and help people continue doing the activities they love for as long as possible.

If you think you or someone you know could benefit from a Continuity Program, send us a text or email. We would love to help you build a plan for long-term health and performance.

P.S. If you would like to learn more, we have a short video that walks through the program and explains how it works.
